Welcome to cleaneating.nl! You are probably here because you are looking for information about how you can eat healthier and much more natural. Maybe you are sick, you might be overweight or you are just very conscious about your own body and health. Well, you have come tot the right place.

We started this blog as we are veterans in eating as much unprocessed whole foods as possible. We can promise you that consuming food in its most natural state is very beneficial for your health. You must understand that we are no raw food fanatics. We do eat a lot of raw unprocessed food, but we do cook food a lot as well. Plus, we eat nearly everything that swims, runs or flies. Sorry vegetarians, we love those nice steaks filled with proteins, that nice fish full of omega 3 acids and those yummy chicken breasts.

We are not doing a diet or whatsoever nor would we ever recommend anybody to go on a diet, follow some fads. Actually, we get a bit agitated when people tell us that they are on this and that diet and it works really good, they have lost x amount of weight. We do not believe in low carb, paleo, gluten free whatever diet. Did you you know that there are more than 600 diets out there?

We believe that you can just eat everything you like as long as it is as close to its natural state as possible. That is why we started this blog. To help you make a lifestyle change that will have a profound impact on your life. You will feel more energized, more in control about your life.
